Welcome to Little Flower Learning! I'm Kasey, founder and principal consultant, and I am thrilled to share my journey with you and hope to support you on YOUR journey to thrive and grow as a lifelong learner, leader, and educator.

As a former Associate Superintendent for the Archdiocese of New Orleans, I am passionate about supporting teachers and school leaders with transformative professional development and coaching. Implementing blended learning models that focus on small group and data driven instruction is a special area of interest. Before my work with the archdiocese, I served as Blended Learning Manager with Seton Education Partners and Operations & Data Coordinator at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy in Los Angeles. I also taught in Lennox Unified School District in Los Angeles, CA at a bilingual school.

In 2008, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Psychology and earned my M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Loyola Marymount University in 2011. I am also a Level II Google Certified Educator and ISTE Certified Educator (in progress). One of my most cherished roles, though unrelated to education, was my time spent at Walt Disney World as a very close friend of Pluto.

I am incredibly passionate about what I do, and I am committed to partnering with schools to achieve their goals and foster a culture of excellence in education. Together, let's create meaningful and impactful learning experiences for every student, teacher, and leader.

What drives me every day is the belief that just as every child deserves access to high-quality education, every teacher and leader deserves support, guidance, and a safe learning space of their own. This belief fuels my commitment to serving schools and educators, helping them navigate the ever-evolving landscape of education.

In my work with teachers and leaders, I emphasize both the importance, and inherent discomfort, of transformational change. It is said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. My vision for Little Flower is to facilitate that first step and support schools through the growth journey that follows.

At Little Flower Learning, we specialize in providing comprehensive professional development and instructional coaching, empowering educators with the tools and strategies they need to excel in their practice. We also offer expertise in blended learning, leveraging technology to create dynamic and engaging learning environments that cater to diverse learning styles. Furthermore, we are dedicated to promoting the science of reading, ensuring that every student receives the foundational literacy skills necessary for lifelong success. Our data-driven instruction approach equips schools with the insights they need to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
